Winning my first professional event is a moment I’ll carry with me forever.
This tournament on the NXXT Tour wasn’t just about three rounds of golf — it was about everything that led up to them. The early mornings, the nerves you feel before stepping onto the first tee, and the quiet moments after each round where you reflect on what just happened.
Throughout the week, I stayed connected to the people who know me best. The phone calls with my mom and my coach meant everything — grounding me when the pressure crept in and reminding me to stay present and trust myself. Those conversations were just as important as any swing thought.
Each day brought a mix of excitement and nerves, but I leaned into it. I allowed myself to feel the moment without letting it overwhelm me. When the final putt dropped, it wasn’t just relief — it was gratitude. Gratitude for the journey, for the people who’ve supported me, and for the belief that carried me through the tough seasons.
This win represents years of persistence and choosing not to walk away from something I love deeply. It’s proof that growth isn’t always linear, and that staying patient matters.
