Some days you ease into training.Other days, you flip the switch.
This day started with a quick workout — nothing long, nothing fancy — but enough to get my body moving and feeling strong. One of those workouts that makes you feel powerful right away. Hulk energy, if you will.
After that, I headed into a golf lesson with Coach Shane. We spent a little time catching up before getting into the real work — checking in on where my swing is at and dialing in the feels we’re focusing on right now.
These sessions aren’t about chasing perfection. They’re about awareness. Understanding what’s working, what needs attention, and how everything fits into the bigger picture for 2026.
I love sharing these moments because this is what progress actually looks like — conversations, adjustments, patience, and trust.
