This one meant a little more.
The final round at Lake Jovita Golf & Country Club was a reminder of what staying patient can do. I went out and shot 4 under to finish solo third, and looking back at how the week started, I’m really proud of the way I was able to climb.
It wasn’t a perfect tournament. There were moments early on that tested me, but I stayed in it, kept working, and trusted that if I kept putting one good swing after another together, things would turn.
And they did.
Rounds like this build a different kind of confidence. Not because everything goes right — but because you prove to yourself you can respond when it doesn’t.
This was an uphill week. And I’m proud of the way I finished it.
