Season Begins in Lake Charles | First WAPT Event of the Year
The season is officially starting here in Lake Charles with the first event of the year on the Women’s All Pro Tour. I’m really looking forward to spending this entire year competing on this tour and seeing where the journey takes me. My game has been feeling strong lately, and I’m excited to test it in tournament conditions week after week. At the same time, I’m mentally preparing for the reality of a long season. Final Round at Lake Jovita | Climbing to Solo 3rd
This one meant a little more. The final round at Lake Jovita Golf & Country Club was a reminder of what staying patient can do. I went out and shot 4 under to finish solo third, and looking back at how the week started, I’m really proud of the way I was able to climb. It wasn’t a perfect tournament. There were moments early on that tested me, but I stayed in it, kept working, and trusted that if I kept putting one good swing after another together, things would turn. And they
