Round 1 at the Copper Rock Championship | Learning & Moving Forward

Round 1 at the Copper Rock Championship is in the books.

Overall, I’m honestly happy with a lot of what I did out there today. I shot 3 over, but the round actually felt pretty easy for the most part, and I gave myself a lot of good looks throughout the day.

The biggest setbacks were two doubles that definitely cost me. Apparently I also learned today that I can hit a pitching wedge about 180 yards out of a bunker 😂… not exactly the shot I was trying to pull off.

Nonetheless, I’m excited to head into Round 2. I know I’m going to have to work my booty off to make the cut, but I’m looking forward to the challenge.

One more day to fight.
